Vacation In A Nutshell

As I start my second day back at work I can’t help but think what a great time we had with the kids in Monterey. On Saturday we took the kids to the beach for the first time and the look on Emily’s face was priceless! I shot over 500 photos, 50 of which I’ve uploaded. Can you believe I filtered 500 down to 50? Believe me, it was difficult.
We also drove down the coast to visit Pebble Beach to shoot the back 9… ok, who am I kidding, my golf swing is TERRIBLE and I’d never be seen playing at Pebble Beach. You’ll find me shanking balls at the Diamond Oaks driving range. If you’re curious about my amazing drive, ask my father-in-law about the demo I damaged last time we went out together. So I may suck at golfing but photography is something I can sink my teeth into. The conditions were AWESOME for picture taking on Saturday. I took pictures of Ethan at the 18th hole of Pebble Beach with his back to the ocean that I am in love with.
After a wonderful extended weekend we made the trek home on Sunday. We watched Finding Nemo, 10 Curious George Episodes, 10 minutes of an Elmo DVD and one Dora. THANK YOU THANK YOU MR. DVD PLAYER — you made traveling with the kids so WONDERFUL! 
Now back to the grind.
